TENCHI Aikido Family Martial Arts & Wellness Center is a warm welcoming community dedicated to helping you be a better individual MENTALLY, SPIRITUALY and PHYSICALLY.
Sensei Sheila is self taught in Meditation and Chigong and is the lead instructor of our Breathing and Meditation program.
We have meditation and mindfulness classes that is accessible to people of different backgrounds. It is a meditation in which we gently guide our thoughts and presence in state of conciousness and awareness with all our surrounding and sounds.
Meditation opens the heart & reconnects us to the universe, creates compassion, and leads us to inspire loving action which fosters positive change within and the universe.
Ultimately, breathing, relaxation, wisdom, and compassion all flow from the process of being in the state mindfulness and awareness. When we are focused on what it is NOW, even for a few seconds at a time, we are not caught in the past and anxious about the future. We become free and intimately experience life and are able to live it meaningfully.
