TENCHI Aikido Family Martial Art & Wellness Center is a warm welcoming community dedicated to helping you be a better individual MENTALLY, SPIRITUALY and PHYSICALLY.

Meditation

Sensei Sheila is self taught in Meditation and Chigong and is the lead instructor of our Breathing and Meditation program.

We have meditation and mindfulness classes that is accessible to people of different backgrounds. It is a meditation in which we gently guide our thoughts and presence in state of conciousness and awareness with all our surrounding and sounds.

Meditation opens the heart & reconnects us to the universe, creates  compassion, and leads us to inspire loving action which fosters positive change within and the universe.

Ultimately,breathing, relaxation, wisdom, and compassion all flow from the process of being in the state mindfulness and awareness. When we are focused on what it is NOW, even for a few seconds at a time, we are not caught in the past and anxious about the future. We become free and intimately experience life and are able to live it meaningfully.

TEN-CHI STRONG (Fitness & Health)

Sensei Jeff is the lead instructor of our TEN-CHI Strong Program. Certified Personal Trainer, Pain Free Performance Specialist, Fitness Coach and Kettlebell Instructor.

Welcome to our TEN-CHI STRONG (Fitness & Health) program, we provide individual (1on1) and group fitness classes to improve your strength, condition, flexibility, mobility, and over all health.

We will help you achieve your goal in terms of physical fitness and health.

In this program we will guide, train and push you to achieve your goal.

All it take is your DEDICATION & COMMITMENT.

With our TEN-CHI Strong program, we will empower you to have the proper mindset and implement accountability so that you can make a constant and permanent transformation.
